Robert A. Facchina is an outstanding entrepreneur, philanthropist and humanitarian who is motivated by a strong work ethic and innovative spirit. In 1987, Mr. Facchina had a life altering experience having been diagnosed with advance stated metastatic malignant melanoma. Mr. Facchina’s pragmatic pursuit of a cure put him on a dynamic path characterized by creative based solutions whether in life, commerce, non-profit or fundamental research.
Mr. Facchina is President, CEO and owner of Johanna Companies established through the acquisitions of Johanna Dairies in 1995, Olympic Foods in 2007 and the start up of Pantera Logistics in 2007. Johanna Companies employ about 700 people while providing national manufacturing and logistical services to a multitude of retail customers and national brands.
For his contributions to Italian culture, philanthropy and humanitarian activities, Mr. Facchina was knighted in 2013 by former President of Italy, Georgio Napolitano in recognition for exceptional service to the Italian Republic. Mr. Facchina is Commendatore Ordine al Merito della Repubblica Italiana (Commander Order of Merit of the Italian Republic).

Robert and his wife Susan live in New Hope, PA and are also part-time residents of Jackson, Wyoming. Robert has two children, Melissa and Christopher. When not working in his businesses, Robert enjoys hunting around the world. He is also enthusiastic about adventure, Italian mosaics, great food and fine wine.
